Oh Forks.....

Thanks to all who said nice things about my blip yesterday, I am rightly proud of my little (6'3) boy.

Another rushed blip inspired by an article I saw in a magazine. It's too cold to leave the house.

Had an ECG today my heart rate was very low but blood pressure still high, WTF !!

To top it all it now seems that I have a hernia !! I'm falling apart.

I also shaved the Mo off, it was irritating me looking forward to a busy weekend at work, NOT !
