In these cold Northern climes...

Hope and I had a wee bet as to whose kid's sports day would get the sunshine.

Hope being dead clever an a' that has done a wee double act to show the sunshine and the rain.

I'd love to brag and say look we had nothing but glorious sunshine but I have to confess that we did have a wee bit of rain at the start and at the finish. However, none of us were soft enough to get out the brollies like those wimps down south.

I don't think we have a clear winner here and as the stakes were that the loser does the winners blip tomorrow I think we need a vote.

So, what do you reckon.... who the sunniest sports day, Orkney or East Lothian?
