Cycling back from Prestonpans

Went to Prestonpans swimmingpool the first time today and quite like it. Also liked the soft rain when cycling back and the wee foal on the field jumping around to get rid of insects (or was it just enjoying life?).
After two more than stressful days at work today was a little better.

Nothing gets eaten as hot as it gets cooked.

Quite enjoy listening to Elbow these days.
