Staying Under Cover

This sequence of blips is becoming very gentoo-centric, despite the orcas putting in yet another late bid to feature.

The gentoos are well ahead of the other penguins on Sea Lion Island - the other penguins are still sitting on eggs, but there are now lots of incredibly cute gentoo chicks around. Or incredibly tasty gentoo chicks, if you happen to be a passing skua.

This penguin is clearly keen to keep her(?) chicks out of sight, even if it means that they might get squashed!
