Cooking Plans

It's that time of the year for plotting my annual cooking experiment - this time it's going to be (at least) a fruitcake recipe from one of my favorite bakeries. The mini loaves are sold for nearly $20 each at the bakery, so I figure I can have the flavor without the cost. Starts with making my own candied citrus peel. Then apricots, chocolate, rum and brandy, which all sound good to me.
