The Day After

I woke up early to head down to Cardiff for the day for work. Unfortunately, I started getting a migraine en route and by the time I arrived it was a stonker :-( So I took my migraine medication but I also took mylo's advice and drank a bottle of isotonic drink..........and an hour later, I was better and I felt great for the rest of the day - MAGIC!

I had a rather lovely flat bread pizza at Cardiff Airport on the way home - very yummy.

My Dad & step-Mum, Val, are waiting for me at home as they are up for a visit. They collected a key from Sylwia and are setting themselves in.
