My Queen of Hearts

As a teenager, my grandmother used to be persuaded to tell my fortune using an ordinary deck of cards. This method appealed to me because the cards were related to Astrology. In fact, the four suits were associated with the four elements (Fire, Earth, Air, and Water). Long before people used cards to play games, they were used to foretell the future. So what do the cards have to say about my girls?
Yesterday's Blip was about my daughter's kindness. She is so precious, a diamond in the dark, my Queen of Diamonds: a fair haired lady, who is the salt of the earth and can sometimes be a bit of a chatterbox. You Lisey? Never! A wealthy, creative person, with choices and decisions to take. Sounds about right, apart from the wealth but then that is for the future Lisey .
Today, I am thinking of my Queen of Hearts Leo, who is always in my heart no matter how far the distance between us.The Queen of Hearts stands for: A fair-haired woman with a good nature. She offers kind advice and is an affectionate, caring woman.A gentle and good-natured person. Change, house move. A change of ship is more likely Leo! An overemotional person. Yes, that too is spot on. She certainly is extremely sensitive.
These are pictures taken recently in her stage costume for Chicago. I have cheated somewhat, as I have used pics previously taken but then it is impossible for me to use up to date pics of my family when I so rarely manage to see them.Needless to say, the finished photo has suffered somewhat but I so wanted to use this idea to tell my girls how much I love , care for and miss them.(Fraz I love you just as much and your day will come!! )I have to remember too, that the original pics were taken in strong stage lighting, so it is impossible to achieve a brilliant picture.
However, the sentiment remains the same no matter what the picture quality. This is just to let you know, we are all thinking of you Leo. Hope you have a good weekend before 'opening night' next week.
