Don't forget the attachment!

Going out tonight so we thought I should have a haircut, which Marlane does very well - Normally!
It's my fault really as I usually put the #3 attachment onto the hair clippers but today I had forgotten the cloth to go around my shoulders. I went upstairs, got the cloth and brought it back down. Put the cloth around me and sat down.
After the first run of the clippers there was a horrified 'GASP' from behind me and Marlane saying 'Oh, I'm so sorry, I can't believe I did that'.
She had just shorn the side of my head on an absolute bloody zero instead of a number 3 !!
I was just in hysterics and got her to take the photograph above and when I saw it I was just uncontrollable. Hair grows, it's no big deal but Marlane was horrified.
The rest of the head was finished off with the number 2 attachment but it's still noticeable. I just treat it as a conversation piece, as long as people think they are being polite so don't mention it! I expect I'll bring it up anyway.
