Observing the Observatory

Glad it's Saturday. Some food shopping today and spending time with parents. It was really windy today in fact it was so windy it was difficult steering the shopping trolley back to the car without bashing into it! When I got home it was even wilder so it's definitely a night for battening down the hatches, staying in and maybe even attempting some cooking.....

Took this shot of the Royal Observatory where you can see the stars at night on a clear evening. Adjacent is Craigmillar Park golf club, and in the foreground is the top of a field believe it or not, as opposed to a hedge.
