this is little Lucy longhorn. She is a baby calf at the Fort Worth Zoo. There is a Texas Wildlife section of the zoo, along with a small petting zoo area. It was a bit crowded today, so Lucy was holding out in her stall, but she is super friendly on days when its quiet.

we: (Brian, Kathryn and I) had a great morning walking around the zoo. Today is my last day of holiday, before I make myself head back to the library to study. It was nice to have a few days off.
