Fishing For Luckies

Evening all,

It was my dad's birthday today, but we went for a low key approach after all the ups and downs of the last few weeks, the plan had been to go for a meal out, but we cancelled that and stayed in instead.

Whilst i was popping into a supermarket to get a birthday cake and a bunsen burner to light Methusela's candles, i saw this yucky,mucky,foetid looking scum being held back from spreading throughout the canal....

when i looked closer i saw a man with a fishing rod actually trying to catch some fish, and he didn't look like he was from the 'chuck 'em back in' brigade.

There was a bicycle behind him, for a quick getaway i should imagine, he obviously hadn't caught it, as it was intact and didn't have a radioactive glow!!
