Beautiful Bolly at the Balmoral

I was lucky enough to be invited to a champagne tasting at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh tonight.

We tasted two non vintage and two vintage (2002). My palate cannot be that sophisticated as I prefered the non-vintage!

The darker ones in this photo are actually roses.
