Lemon Groves

Our friends and their four dogs left after breakfast so we've headed out from our weekend retreat into the countryside. The valley is cultivated with olive, almond and other fruit trees including pomegranate, clementine, orange and lemon. It's a glorious day and families are collecting olives from their small estates. I've done a piece on myblog about the harvest - it looks a charming but in reality in back breaking work.
Today's blip is a pure white blossom on one of the hundreds of lemon trees, which are already laden with plump fruit.
