I Love Crochet

I painted this a year or two ago. I am in an art group along with Cardbird and she is great for finding competitions. Some of us are entering one to design a rug.
Rather than go through the longer procedure of starting a drawing from scratch I decided to develop something already in existence. Tonight I have traced it and have to reduce the design to six colours. I reckon this will be tricky as there are probably around fifteen colours in it at the minute.
I'll do it on photoshop, if I can remember how to use it. Every time I go back to it after a break I forget what all the little shapes and symbols on the left hand side actually do. Anyway, the deadline is Wednesday so I better get a move on, I'm off to the scanner.
