Almost time!

The elderflowers will soon be ready for wine! I will learn from last year and ferment it in plastic rather than glass bottles, that got ugly. All but one of the bottles exploded, including one that took out a light and one that had a trajectory resulting in a fragment landing in Murray's gumboot.

Next week there should be oodles to pick!
