In the Garden (R)

This is Nero, always keeping one little beady eye on his girls.
Not an easy subject to photograph. He poses nicely but his feathers are not only very glossy they have a beautiful green sheen in the black which I find hard to capture. Maybe I'll have another try once I'm done 'gardening' :)
Either way today he is 'R' for rooster.
