By the loch

It's always been a tough scale to balance between spending time alone and time among others. I like my own space, but then too much of it certainly isn't a good thing. Anyway, after 'a pint' last night turned into many, I thought it best to escape the hustle and bustle of the City alone with my camera this afternoon.

Luckily, in Edinburgh, you don't need to journey too far to find some peace and quiet. Duddingston Loch in Holyrood Park looked amazing in the November sun, and I was lucky enough to get a few decent shots before the sun went down. Even though it's barely a couple of miles from the centre, there's hardly any traffic to be heard at all; Perfect for a Sunday escape.
