Ball of confusion

I spent about an hour on Skype today trying to help my 10 year old nephew in Cornwall download and install a file onto an SD card. It involved much tilting of web cams, blurry video, trying to remember the differences between Windows Vista and Windows 7 and distorted sound.
So although it sounds easy it wasn't.
