Wicked in wicker

At Newport Green Fair, foxes were the theme of the day. A bric-à-brac stall had a fox jigsaw, a tanner displayed a pile of fox pelts, and the craft stall outside offered this fine Reynard woven in wicker. Smarting from recent depredations of our ducks and chickens, we spurned them all.
