RIP Gary Speed

After a great holiday and a very long nights sleep, Mr L puts on the telly to catch up on the footy (not that he missed much when we were away!) and watch the Swansea Vs Villa game

And were greeted with the tragic news that Gary Speed is dead! 42 no age at all and at his own hand.

I all but dropped to my knees in shock it still hasn't sunk in too be honest.

The minutes silence, the spontanious clapping and the chants of there is only one Gray Speed from the crowd at the Liberty had me in tears!

My heart goes out to Gary's family and friends.

Wales has lost a legend and an imspiration.
