Dear Heart,
Lucy was baptised today, and I was ever so proud! I can tell already that I'm going to be one of those horrible stage mothers who think their child is the centre of the world. You'll have to balance me out - be disciplined and uncaring.
In other news, Emma and I cleaned the house this evening, and now everything smells of sweet lemons.
