Dusk

A gorgeous but freezing day in Glasgow. Spent part of it in bed as was so tired & had a bit of a sore tummy. However when I heard of Gary Speed's death it soured me into action.

Always a shock to hear of someone dying who is the same age as yourself but, for me, made worse as he appears to have committed suicide. I obviously didn't know the Wales Manager but it does remind me that my battle with depression will never leave and I have to stay healthy.

Sorry that was a tad bleak but I needed to say it. The rest of the day has been fun, crafting away while listening to the football & then some happy music.
