Final product - Carrot Cake Cupcakes to celebrate Bob's teacher's birthday. Apparently, they were quite good because the kids nearly mutinied until we realized that we had enough cupcakes to serve seconds. Hopefully the parents didn't mind that we sent the children home from school on a sugar high.
