winter checking in!

awoke to a heavy frost on the ground this morning..
(i was too wimpy to go out at 0700 so the frost had started to go by the time i ventured out at 0820!)
looks beautiful out there

and mighty cold too..

well..that'l be winter then!
took its time but got here eventually!

Batten down the hatches me thinks..
