Dad's birthday

After a wonderful day looking after Hollie, we headed out for a bite to eat with my Dad and family. Some of us had more than others; Freya had more cake than most (as can be seen in the blip) and Ruby more everything than most!

It had been an early start to the day with Hollie getting dropped off at 0700, but she was as good as gold, she went back to bed with no fuss and didn't get back up until about 0845 when she had breakfast (she doesn't like coco pops which Amy and Freya can not believe!) and then sat happily playing until we were all ready to go out for the day. Visits to M'bro shopping and then onto Tricia's house for a cup of tea and mince pie, then back home for the grand prix, during which Amy and Hollie had a little snooze snuggled up on the sofa.

Then we got spruced up and headed out for Dad's meal. Really cracking day - shame to go back to werk tomorrow!
