Had a leisurely stroll around some gardens first thing with a friend, followed by an even more leisurely gossip and face stuffing session in the tea rooms - just the way I like my Monday mornings!! It started piddling down with rain of course, so we headed off for some hat shopping. Being a bit on the microscopic side, I hadn't realised quite how tricky it would be to find hats to fit my little bonce but M&S kids section came to the rescue (I managed to resist the teddy one complete with fluffy ears - for now) and I'm now armed and ready to go.
The focus of this shot was meant to be the bird but unobliging duck and general incompetence put paid to that idea! Oh well, the water's quite pretty I guess :)
