Lunch break

Together with son Stuart and wife Alison, Hilary & I participated in the annual South African Birding Big Day, and our venues were the Marievale Bird Sanctuary and Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve.

We spent a very enjoyable day out in the open, after leaving home at 05h15,
and managed to record 125 species before calling it a day at around 19h00.
