Feelin' kind of blue

In no way whatsoever to do with gaining favour for the brand of Scotland by the SNP as they try to encourage a Yes vote to whatever question they decide to ask at some indeterminable date in the future the sights of Edinburgh are being lit to celebrate St Andrew Day on Wednesday. I braved the wind to get this snap which I was trying to re-create the poster that you pass on the walkway to Gate 13 onwards at Edinburgh airport.

A week ago I would have made a comment about Edinburgh being the windiest place on earth, but after standing on the edge of a cliff on the South East coast of Iceland I can know officially say Edinburgh is the second windiest place in the world.
