Eric

Oh the lovely Eric. Long overdue reunion with him and Chris this weekend. So happy to see them again, especially as it coincided with the excitement of our last weekend of the guest house being open - we're now CLOSED until mid March - yahoooo!

Anyway, back to Eric:

If Eric wasn't so damn nice, it would be easy to get annoyed by his huge level of skill. We met at university. We both got Firsts. I slaved away in the library for hours (in between drinking like a fish). Eric always did his assignments and revision an hour or two before the deadline, and came away with the highest marks.

Eric has done more exciting things and travelled to more far flung places than I've served cooked breakfasts.

Eric is a fantastic producer, director and leader. And he works for the BBC which I think is pretty cool.

Eric is great fun. He's always up for using whatever resources are to hand to entertain the masses and get everyone involved.

I'm missing him already.

PS I know Sheila will be very glad to see Eric's face here on Blip!
