Earplugs and a pause button

I was wondering what to blip today... And as i have soooo many people emailing me and texting me and wanting things (even at work a talk about the show ended with me having 3 minutes to get my skates on) i thought id blup what i most want... Some earplugs and a pause button... Id love to be able to pause time... Give myself a breather before heading back in... Oh well... Here goes...
