Big Mike

Tyrannosaurus Rex and big mountains. Oops! You just got infinitely cooler by looking at this.

The four of us went to the famed Museum of the Rockies today before Chris and I headed back to Missoula. Aside from wasting 35 minutes at the worst omni theater show ever, we loved our time geeking out over the dinosaur displays.

Montana is a gold mine for fossils, and the largest and most intact skeletons have been found around the state. The two main t-rexs' featured in the museum are Big Mike (pictured above) and Catherine. Coincidentally, those are also the names of my parents. How flattering.
