DON'T FENCE ME IN

This is the fence that halves the street in two.There was a rail line along this place,at one time .The fence that has been many colours stops traffic taking a
short cut.There was also at one time a factory making uniforms for the government.The picture was taken at 1700Hrs
The fence design can been seen all over Gt Britain,on news reports.Who ever is making it,must be doing alright.
