A big lick from Roo

Tomorrow is the deadline for voting for Roo to become Pets as therapy dog of the year to be decided in the main arena at crufts next March, all votes now get counted and along with magazine votes and a celebrity judging panel the winner gets decided, if you have voted I would like to say on behalf of Roo and all the patients and staff of both the acute stroke unit and Acorns childrens hospice a big, big thankyou for your support, if you would like to vote you still have until 30th november by email to win@yours.co.uk in the subject write I vote for Roo..please get family, friends, workmates etc...

Anyone of us reading this could at any stage suffer a stoke, It can be such a depressing illness that strikes very quickly,imagine not being able to speak, or move limbs, sitting or lying in a hospital bed, Roo does a job that ensures that he helps these people, they reach out too touch, they attempt to speak,they SMILE. He isnt very heavy but he is worth his weight in gold.
