This morning I identified my insect! It was Neoasterolepisma pallida and it made me very happy. Then I found out I'd missed a filmed lecture given by Richard Dawkins, and despite him being irritatingly confrontational, he is good while he's talking about biology. Here's some shrubs, off to cook Mexican food now!
