Another view

Here is another painting of Chipping Sodbury. I worked in the shop on the left behind the lampost. John Hatherell's Ironmonger and Builders Merchant. Sadly the shop is no longer there, it was a great place where you could still buy your nails by the pound and as many or little woodscrews as you needed, no packets, timber was cut to your required size FOC, good honest shopkeeping.
