Been having to think a lot about photography recently. Why it has become so central to me and how at times I use it to communicate and express what I'm feeling. The whole process certainly feels very intuitive. I think I try to distill a moment or feeling in an image, so that the essence of what I saw or felt is there without the wider stuff to distract. If someone 'gets' what I see, the bigger the buzz and the bigger my motivation to do better.

Had a great walk at Belhaven Bay. Almost got stranded as we negociated our way round, but it made for a better adventure! Great beachy finds too.
