I am a teacher

This is a wall plaque that my mum gave me a few years ago. It sums up what I believe teaching to be about. It's why teachers should be more valued than they are.

Tomorrow many teachers and other public sector workers will go on strike. None of the teachers I know have taken that decision lightly.
