This is No 3 St Andrew Square. Permission was given to develop this along with the rest of the south side of the square in 2007, with this building retained.

Here we are 4 years later, post-banking crash and entering a double-dip recession, and the owners (ING UK in 2007, but who knows now) are letting this Grade A building deteriorate along with all the non- and b-listed buildings that make up the rest of the block.

Behind me in the square the tents of the Occupy Edinburgh campaigners remain as the protest continues.
