Rows of Flavor

garlic, purple onion, Thai peppers, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves

The students use most, if not all, of these in most dishes we make. After cutting up all these flavors, a student opened a can of mackerel in tomato sauce, poured it into a bowl, and stirred in all of the above. It seemed like a lot of flavor for a small can, but everyone enjoyed it with their rice.
