LASANGE

Its my Grand daughters fiance's birthday
today..Im doing a b'day supper for him and
his (as is most of them) favorite is Lasange.
When I was doing my cooking job I learnt
that if you pre cook the lasange for half an
hour then let it go cold, then when you ready to
re heat it it's much easier to slice and remove
from the dish into neater portions, a bitty of
useless information for you..
We will have Tattie wedges salad and garlic
bread as well..plus Grand daughter L has
ordered him a cake..so hopefully we will
have a fun evening..
It's nice and bright and sunny but quite
nippy today..
