Castlegate, Aberdeen

Striking public sector workers rally on the Castlegate, Aberdeen as part of the national strike today.

The square was packed showing the high level of support from both these workers and their supporters among the public. Speeches delivered from the old meract cross (just visible under the flags) were greeted with raucous applause.

I'm not a public sector worker but I have relied on their services many times, so I went down to show my support.
