Green

We're decorating my bedroom.

The last few days have been full of dismantling, wallpaper stripping, filling holes and cracks, sanding, papering, and, today, applying the first coat of paint.

This is the colour of my accent wall, but it dries a lot darker. The other walls are a pale green and the ceiling is white.

I'm glad the really messy jobs are over with. Yes, okay, paint is messy - but it's an okay messy. It was the dust and grit covering every surface that I was having difficulties with. I need things to be clean.

Once everything is finished (going to be a few more days yet, I think) I will start working on my arty plans, which involve designs like these sprouting from corners and such.
