A Little Sweetener

Spent the morning at home making cards, then had an appointment to see a psychologist re Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She seems to be quite good, and I see her again in 2 weeks.

After that I decided to go to Allington Farm Shop and have a cup of tea and a cake, I took a couple of pictures of the cake but thought that it wasn't up to scratch {it tasted OK but . . .} so you have the sugar sachets instead,
