TheStone and I spent the afternoon in the garden, smoking ham and fish.
Though the ham needed cold smoke (about 30 degrees C), the fish needed some warmth. So we made a fire and used the coals for the hot smoke (60-80 degrees).

For warmth inside we took a nice Lagavullin (16 years).

Now we're gonna taste!
