St Andrew's Day reception in Scotland House in the heart of the European Quarter in Brussels. The Minister in question being Shona Robinson MSP, Minister for Sport. The Scottish Ensemble http://www.scottishensemble.co.uk/ gave a fine performance mixing Mendelssohn with Grieg, Norwegian traditional music and Aly Bain.
