Game terrine

Well...today was a funny day. The college was closed so no students. But a full restaurant tomorrow and friday so food needs to be ready. Strike or not. So went in by myself today to prep all the food ready what the students do normally.

This is a terrine of venison and pheasant. To be served with a pear and date chutney.
