Bridge in Red

Here is one of the two paintings I finished last Wednesday in Open Studio. I'm working on a series of small oil paintings (8 inches by 10 inches) of the local parks near where I live. I did two more today. I'm working to move more toward abstract and away from realism. I like the small size of these paintings as I can do them quickly and keep them fresh. I'm having fun doing them.
