A VERY Long, Hard Day

I couldn't sleep last night. I kept gettin up to go snuggle with Collin and tell him how much I love him. I finally went to bed at around 3-3:30AM only to wake up at 7:30 in order to bring Collin to the vet for his surgery.

Twelve hours later, Collin and I were walking out the door, his eyes bloodshot from either the drugs or the 4 hours he spent under anesthesia. I purposely brought a pillow and my purple blanket so that I could lie down in the back of Mom's SUV with him. We snuggled up together the whole way home.

Dr. George removed the tumor (leaving a SIX INCH incision behind) as well as two other benign growths AND he also cleaned Collin's teeth. It was a very busy day for my boy. I'm just glad that he's home and that he's okay. I pray that ALL of the cancer was taken out.
