I was happily snoring in my pushchair,
when mummy picked me up,
sleepily I snuggled in, when...
shiney caught my eye,
I sat straight upright,
looked around me,
and as loud as anything I yelled..
WOW!!
Before my eyes our lounge transformed,
Sparkly lights and tinsel,
I like this, I like this a lot,
so much so I ran to the tree,
grabbed the beads and yanked,
daddy rescued the tree,
as I pointed at the star,
yelling STAR, I giggled,
I like this new look!!
don't understand it just yet,
just know I like it!!

mummy note, I know I make a big thing about her words, but every new one for us is a major milestone, I know every child develops at their own rate, and I am not worried about her speech as she is forward in many other ways, I'm just very proud of her when she appears with a new word out of no were!!
