A book at bedtime

The ducklings have been in a pen outside during the day for the past few days. They have their sledge swimming pool, a shelter made from an old dustbin on its side and lots of grass to eat.

They also usually have the company of one or other of the boys, who like to sit and talk to them in the pen. This afternoon the boys had disappeared out on their bikes but they left the babysitter to read the little ones a bed time story.
